Serco Group plc (the "Company") was notified on 12 June 2009 that, on 11 June 2009, Andrew Jenner, Finance Director, purchased 22,331 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 408.75 pence per share to be held as Investment Shares under the terms of the Company's Deferred Bonus Plan.
This notice is given in fulfilment of obligations under DTR3.1.2R and DTR3.1.4R (1)(a).
