The Company was notified on 2 July 2010 that Per Staehr, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has today purchased a total of 17,500 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), acquiring 15,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 29 pence per Ordinary Share and 2,500 Ordinary Shares at a price of 30 pence per Ordinary Share.

Further to the purchase, Per Staehr is beneficially interested in 100,000 Ordinary Shares, being 0.87% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
