The Company was notified on 9 February 2009 of the following transaction by Directors / Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") and their Connected Persons.
On 9 February 2009, Ian Scapens, acquired 10,312 ordinary 5p shares in the Company ("Shares") at a price per share of 96p. Following this transaction Mr Scapens has an interest of 21,486 Shares representing 0.04% of the issued share capital of the Company.
