Directors' shareholdings

Cenkos Securities plc has today received notification that on 9 April 2013 Dr Anthony Hotson, a non-executive director of the Company, acquired an interest in 20,000 ordinary shares in the Company. These shares were purchased at a price of 87.8 pence per share and are held by his wife, Mrs Dorothy Hotson, in her self-invested personal pension. As a consequence of this transaction Dr Anthony Hotson and his connected persons have an interest in 20,000 ordinary shares representing 0.03% of the Company's issued share capital.
