Charles Stanley Group PLC12 January 2007 Charles Stanley announces that the Trustees of the Charles Stanley ShareIncentive Plan acquired on 12th January 2007, 4,710 ordinary shares in thecompany for the participants of the Charles Stanley Share Incentive Plan. Theprice paid by the participants was 340.50p.
