The Company has been notified that, pursuant to the Company's dividend reinvestment plan, on 14 September 2021 the following PDMR's of the Company bought the number of shares of nil par value in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') set against their names in the table below, at a price of 100p per Ordinary Share.
