Trustees Limited, as trustee of BarrattDevelopments Employee Benefit Trust ("the Trust"), disposed of 500 OrdinaryShares in the Company at a price of 1053.0p per share in satisfaction of optionsmade under Barratt Developments Employee Share Option Plan.
