Director's Shareholding

iomart announces that on 5 December 2011 the Company was informed that Richard Logan, Director of the Company, and his connected persons on the same day sold 29,500 ordinary shares of 1p each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") for the purpose of tax planning at a price of 121 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Logan now holds 100,500 Ordinary Shares representing 0.10% of the voting rights in the Company.
