On 26 June 2012 the Company was notified that Michael Robinson, Company Secretary, and a member of the Executive Committee of the Company, had exercised an option over 87,719 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 171.00p per share under the terms of The Sage Group 1999 Executive Share Option Scheme.

Mr Robinson subsequently sold 87,719 ordinary shares on 26 June 2012 at 265.35p per share.
