William Hill PLC ('the Company') announces that Philip Bowcock, appointed today as Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has today purchased, together with his persons closely associated, 30,000 ordinary shares in the Company.
As a result of the transaction, Philip Bowcock has an interest in 30,000 shares, equivalent to equivalent to less than 0.01% of the issued share capital of the Company.
