Public Service Properties Investments Limited (AIM:PSPI) was today informed that Richard Barnes, a Non-executive Director of the Company, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of US$0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 77.75p each, 25,000 of which were purchased on behalf of his SIPP. Following this transaction, Mr Barnes is interested in 85,568 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.08 per cent. of the Company's current issued share capital.
