RSA Insurance Group plc (the "Company") has received notification today from the PDMRs listed below that on 5 June 2009 ordinary shares of 27.5p in the Company were purchased at a price of 129.60p per share. The shares were purchased through the Company's Scrip Dividend Scheme.
