Directors Share Purchases

Darty plc today announces that it has received notification from the following Directors regarding the purchase of ordinary shares of 30 cents each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company.

The Company was notified on 25 June 2013 that Antoine Metzger, Non-Executive Director, purchased in aggregate 25,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 60.0 pence per share on 24 June 2013, representing 0.0047% of the Company's current issued share capital. Following the purchase, Antoine Metzger is beneficially interested in 25,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.0047% of the Company's issued share capital.
