CORRECTION: Director/PDMR Shareholding
The following amendment has been made to the "Director/PDMR shareholding" announcement released on 12 April 2022 at 08.40 under RNS No 0997I
In section 4 (d) of the PDMR form this should read Price '£14.4069' not 'Price £1440.69' as previously stated.
As a result of this purchase Mr Farrokh Batliwala has a beneficial interest in 2,000 shares in Hill & Smith Holdings PLC at a value of £28,813.80.
All other details remain unchanged.
