Director / PDMR Shareholding
The Company issues a correction to the 'Director/PDMR Shareholding' announcement released at 14.02 on 30 October 2019 with RNS number 6711R. The correction relates to Section 4(b) of the PDMR tables below for each of the transactions disclosed, which have been amended to state that the nature of each transaction is a 'Purchase of shares.' All other information remains unchanged. The full amended text is show below.
On 30 October 2019, Applied Graphene Materials, the producer of specialty graphene materials, was informed that the Company's Chief Executive Officer, Adrian Potts, purchased 52,420 Ordinary Shares of 2 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 19 pence each and the Company's Chief Financial Officer, David Blain, purchased 15,580 Ordinary Shares at a price of 19 pence each. Mr. Potts now has an interest in 70,529 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.14% of the Company's issued share capital, and Mr. Blain now has an interest in 33,380 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.07% of the Company's issued share capital.
