Fidessa group plc ("the Company") Director / PDMR shareholdings
This announcement replaces the release of 15th February 2012 at 13:22, which incorrectly stated that 13,660 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company were called by Mark Ames on the vesting of his 2008 awards under the Company's Share Bonus Plan. The correct number of shares called was 6,610.

The Company has been informed that on 14th February 2012 Mark Ames, a PDMR of the Company, called 6,610 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company on the vesting of his 2008 awards under the Company's Share Bonus Plan. 2,722 of the shares have been sold at 1598p each. Following this notification his shareholding is 153,130 ordinary shares in the issued share capital of the Company, constituting 0.41% of the issued share capital.
