NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY ("PDMR") OR CONNECTED PERSONS
Further to the announcement made by Senior plc ("the Company") on 2 April 2015 concerning conditional awards granted to various Directors and PDMR of ordinary shares of 10 pence each under the Company's deferred bonus plan (the "Plan"), it is noted that the figures in the column entitled "Rights granted over total number of shares under the Plan following this notification" had been overstated and the tables should have been as follows:
