Fidessa group plc ("the Company") Director / PDMR shareholdings
This announcement replaces the release of 23rd February 2012 at 10:25, which incorrectly stated that 12,395 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company were called by Andy Malpass on the vesting of his 2008 awards under the Company's Share Bonus Plan. The correct number of shares called was 5,998.

The Company has been informed that on 22nd February 2012 Andy Malpass, a Director of the Company, called 5,998 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company on the vesting of his 2008 awards under the Company's Share Bonus Plan. 3,132 of the shares have been sold at 1739p each. Following this notification his shareholding is 84,426 ordinary shares in the issued share capital of the Company, constituting 0.23% of the issued share capital.
