("BCA" or the "Company")
Notification of transaction by persons discharging managerial responsibilities
BCA was notified on 30 June 2017 that, on 28 June 2017, 2,681,551 ordinary shares were acquired at a price of 197.9 pence per ordinary share and that, on 29 June 2017, 100,000 ordinary shares were acquired at a price of 194.9 pence per share, and that, on 30 June 2017, 155,925 ordinary shares were acquired at a price of 194.5 pence per share, ultimately on behalf of funds managed by Marwyn Asset Management Limited ("MAML"). Mark Brangstrup Watts and James Corsellis, both Non-Executive Directors of the Company, are also directors of, and hold a beneficial interest in, MAML.
Following the purchase of shares, funds managed by MAML have an interest in 35,441,110 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 4.54% of the Company's issued share capital.
