Haynes Publishing Group P.L.C. ("Haynes" or "the Company") Directors/PDMR Shareholding
Haynes announces that options (the "Options") over a total of 5,667 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 20 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") have been awarded to a PDMR of the Company in line with the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP"), as set out below. The Options have been issued at nil cost and vest following a performance period of 3 years.
