The Company has been notified that the following award of options has been made on 30 December 2022, pursuant to the Cranswick plc Save As You Earn ("SAYE") share scheme (the "Scheme"), to certain Directors over ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), as follows:
