Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and their Closely Associated Persons
The Go-Ahead Group plc (the "Group") makes the following notification pursuant to the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
The Group announces that the shares awarded on 12 November 2013 under The Go-Ahead Group plc Deferred Share Bonus Plan 2012 ("DSBP") have, following the expiry of the three year deferral period, become eligible to vest from 12 November 2016. The Remuneration Committee resolved that the following person discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMR") is entitled to receive the award:
