e-Therapeutics plc (AIM: ETX), the drug discovery and development company with a proprietary platform in network pharmacology, announces that on 15th February 2013 Dr Daniel Elger, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 15,000 shares at 32 pence per share. Following this purchase, Dr Elger's resultant direct beneficial interest is 30,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.02% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
