1. State the nature of transaction
On 25 March 2008 Paul Pindar exercised 1,200,000 options granted under The Capita Group Plc Long Term Investment Plan. The exercise period of those options was 5 May 2003 to 5 May 2008.
The exercise price for the options was ‚£1.69 and all resulting shares were sold for ‚£6.805 per share.

acquired.
Following the exercise of options, 1,200,000 shares were acquired at an option price of ‚£1.69 per share. All resulting shares were sold immediately at ‚£6.805 per share.
