DIRECTORS'/PDMR INTERESTS IN SHARES
The Company has been advised that 998 shares have been purchased at £7.05 under the Company's All Employee Share Ownership Plan (AESOP) which total included seventeen shares for each of Lord Harris and Mr C. Sollesse, and eighteen shares for each of Mr M Harris and Mr N. Page.
Also included in the purchase were eighteen shares for Mrs Sollesse. Shares purchased for Mrs Sollesse form part of Mr Sollesse's beneficial interest below.
