The Company announces that Vanessa Simms, Chief Financial Officer, has been granted an award under the Company's Deferred Share Bonus Plan (DSBP). As previously announced by the Company on 28 October 2020, this award is compensation for the annual bonus that she would have received from her former employer and is in line with the plan rules of her previous employer. 25% of the net amount of the annual bonus will be deferred into Landsec shares.
