Insig AI plc (AIM: INSG) has been notified that, Steve Cracknell, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has purchased 21,505 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 46.5 pence per Ordinary Share, (the "Purchase"). Following the Purchase, Mr Cracknell's shareholding stands at 10,839,798 Ordinary Shares in Insig AI, which represents 10.26% of Insig AI's current issued share capital.
