Quintain Estates & Development PLC02 March 2007 QUINTAIN ESTATES AND DEVELOPMENT ("QED") Interests of Directors and PDMRs QED announces that the Trustees of the Quintain Estates and Development PLCDeferred Bonus Plan notified the Company on 1 March 2007 that 3,129 ordinaryshares of 25p each had been purchased at a market price of £9.12. The purposeof the purchase was to re-invest dividend income which had arisen in respect ofshares already held within the trust. The trust now holds 359,774 ordinaryshares against awards made to directors and staff in June 2005 and 2006.
