Director/PDMR Shareholding

Somero announces that on 2 October 2014 it was notified that on 2 October 2014 Jack Cooney, CEO, sold 1,412,468 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 2.5% of total issued ordinary shares. The shares were sold at a price of 128 pence per share.

As a result of the above transaction, Jack Cooney's beneficial interest in Somero is now 2,814,634 ordinary shares, or 5.0% of Somero's total issued share capital.

The Company's total issued ordinary share capital is 56,425,598 shares and the Company holds 232,700 of its shares in Treasury and has 56,192,898 ordinary shares in issue excluding Treasury shares, which was unchanged by the above transaction.
