The Company was informed on 15 September 2015 that on that day, Giles Haywood, of LXB Adviser LLP, purchased 17,706 shares in the Company at a price of 84 pence per share.

Following this transaction Giles Haywood holds 17,706 shares in the Company which represents 0.01% of the Company's issued share capital.

The group headed by LXB3 Partners LLP includes LXB Adviser LLP which is the Investment Adviser to the LXB Retail Properties Plc Group. Following the above transactions, the individual members of LXB3 Partners LLP (and their spouses) hold an aggregate total of 15,679,847 ordinary shares in the Company, which represents 8.54% of the Company's issued share capital.
