Sinclair Pharma plc (the "Company")
The Company was informed on 16th June 2008 that Dr. Michael Flynn, Chief Executive Officer, acquired 1,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) at an average price of 41.25 pence per share on 13th June 2008.
Following this acquisition of Ordinary Shares Dr. Flynn has an interest in a total of 10,060,000 Ordinary Shares equalling approximately 10.8 per cent. of the issued share capital in the Company.
