Deferred Bonus Plan
esure Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 20 March 2018 Darren Ogden, a Directors of the Company and a person discharging managerial responsibility was granted an award over ordinary shares of 1/12p each in the Company under the esure Group plc 2016 Deferred Bonus Plan. No consideration was paid for the grant of the awards and no performance conditions are attached to the award.
The first third of the shares will vest and become exercisable on the first anniversary of the grant date 20 March 2019; The second third of the shares will vest and become exercisable on the second anniversary of the grant date 20 March 2020; and the remaining shares will vest on the third anniversary of the grant date 20 March 2021.
