On 4 July 2014 Appleby Trust (Jersey) Limited as trustee of the AVEVA Group Employee Benefit Trust 2008 (the "EBT") purchased 13,991 ordinary shares of 3.556 pence each in AVEVA Group plc ("shares"). These shares were purchased in the market in order to enable the EBT to satisfy options to be granted under the AVEVA Group Management Bonus Deferred Share Scheme (the "Deferred Share Scheme") to the 8 above-named PDMRs and a further 8 employees in the AVEVA group.
These options serve as the mechanism to deliver shares on a deferred basis to recipients as a deferred bonus in respect of the financial year ended 31 March 2014.
