Notification of a transaction by a director discharging managerial responsibility in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R1(a).
Haynes Publishing Group P.L.C., the worldwide market leader in the production and sale of automotive and motorcycle repair manuals, announces that it has received notification from the following director who has purchased ordinary 20p shares in the company.
On 3rd October 2008, Mr JH Haynes, OBE (Chairman) purchased 85,000 ordinary 20p shares in the Company at 155p per share. Following the purchase the shareholding of Mr JH Haynes and that of his spouse represented 7.1% of the ordinary 20p shares.
