The Company was today notified that on 16 April Chief Executive Officer Brian Wilkinson purchased 35,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company ('Shares') at an average price of 551.4286 pence per Share.

Mr Wilkinson's total interest in the Company is now 45,000 Shares, representing 0.15% of the Company's issued Share capital.
