The Company announces that on 4 April 2012, Michal Stocek, a PDMR of the Company, sold 35,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Shares"), at a price of 313.2 pence per Share.

Following the sale, Michal Stocek holds 152,599 Shares representing 0.09% of the issued share capital of the Company.
