Caspian Holdings plc25 October 2007 Caspian Holdings Plc ("Caspian" or "the Company") Caspian Holdings plc ("the Company") was informed on 25th October 2007, that adirector of the Company, Michael Masterman, acquired 1,800,000 ordinary sharesof £0.01 each (the "Ordinary Shares") at a price of £0.0375 per share on 24thOctober 2007 through a related company in which he has a beneficial interest.
