Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
Hamilton, Bermuda - On 19 March 2012 awards were made to the Executive Directors at nil cost under the Company's Performance Share Plan to acquire ordinary 5p shares ('Shares') in the capital of the Company. The awards are subject to performance conditions measured over the three financial years from 1 January 2012 to 31 December 2014. Details of the number of Shares over which awards were granted are set out in the table below.
