London, 19 December 2018: NMC Health plc (LSE: NMC), the leading private healthcare operator in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) with international services across 17 countries, announces that on 17 December 2018, a trust of which Mr. Henry James Mark Tompkins (an Independent Non-Executive Director and Joint Chairman of the Company) is a potential beneficiary, sold a total of 2,500 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 2920.17 pence per share. As a potential beneficiary Mr Tompkins is deemed to have an interest over these shares.
Following this transaction, Mr Tompkins has an interest over a total of 51,233 shares, representing approximately 0.026% of the issued share capital of the Company.
