14 December 2010 - Experian plc, the global information services company, hereby notifies the market that, on 13 December 2010, Mr Roger Davis, a non-executive director of the Company, sold 50,000 ordinary shares of 10 US cents each in the Company on the London Stock Exchange at a price of 783p per share.

The notification to the Company, on 13 December 2010, was made in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.2R. This notification is made in compliance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R.
