Notification of Directors' and PDMRs' Interests

Pursuant to the Company's obligations under paragraph 3.1.4R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, BBA Aviation plc hereby notifies the following dealings in BBA Aviation plc ordinary shares of 29 16/21 pence that were notified to the Company on 6 November 2015:

Peg Billson received a conditional share award and a matching award on 11 September 2012 under the Company's 2006 Deferred Bonus Plan (the "Plan").

 In accordance with the Plan rules an adjustment was made to take account of dividends that would have been paid after the risk of forfeiture had lifted on the conditional shares.

On 6 November 2015 the matching award lapsed as the performance condition was not satisfied and a total of 54,371 shares, being the number of shares net of applicable tax, were allotted to Peg Billson under the Plan.
