It has been brought to the Company's attention that certain historic share disclosures for Mr David Horner, were understated by 238,632 shares for the year ending 31 August 2012.
Mr Horner's combined total holding of 598,952 Ordinary Shares disclosed in the 2013 report and accounts and his combined total shareholding of 567,813 Ordinary Shares disclosed in the 2014 report and accounts are correct.
