Directors' Dealings

GB Group received notification on 26 June of the following trades in the Company's shares between 20 and 26 June 2012:

·; Richard Law, the Chief Executive of the Company, purchased 150,344 ordinary shares of 2.5p of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 65.92 pence per share. Mr Law has also exercised an option over 84,505 shares Ordinary Shares at an exercise price of 35.5p. These options were awarded to him under the rules of the Group's Executive Share Option Scheme in June 2006. Mr Law sold these 84,505 Ordinary Shares at a price of 65 pence per share.

Following this notification, Mr Law has:

(i) a beneficial holding of 1,834,918 Ordinary Shares (which represents 1.70% of the issued share capital of the Company); and

(ii) options over a maximum of 1,971,315 Ordinary Shares .

Prior to this announcement, Mr Law held 1,684,574 ordinary 2.5p shares in the Company, representing 1.56% of the issued share capital of the Company.

·; David Wilson, the Group Finance Director of the Company, purchased 81,966 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 67.01 pence per share. His total beneficial holding of 194,466 Ordinary Shares now represents 0.18% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Prior to this announcement, Mr Wilson held 112,500 ordinary 2.5p shares in the Company, representing 0.10% of the issued share capital of the Company.
