FirstGroup plc - Notification of Directors' Interests in Shares Each Non-Executive Director of the Company listed below (other than David Beggand Colin Hood who receive all of their fees in the form of shares in theCompany) has elected to receive 40% of his fees in the form of shares in theCompany. Tim O' Toole, Chief Executive, has elected to receive part of hisremuneration each month in the form of shares in the Company. Arrangements havebeen made for these shares to be purchased on their behalf in the market on aregular basis.
