The Company was notified that on 3 January 2018, that on that date, Iain Clarkson, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 48.5p each taking his total beneficial shareholding to 20,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.02% of the total voting rights in the Company.
