Haynes Publishing Group P.L.C. announces that on Wednesday 5th September 2018, Eddie Bell (Chair of the Board of Directors) purchased 10,946 Ordinary 20p shares at a price of 205 pence from the Company Treasury shareholding. Subsequent to transaction, the Company holds 1,229,054 (16.8%) of its Ordinary 20p shares in Treasury. The Company is not able to vote on the treasury shares.
Eddie Bell now has a disclosable beneficial interest in 10,946 Ordinary 20p shares in the capital of the Company representing 0.1 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
