CareTech Holdings PLC (AIM: CTH), a pioneering provider of specialist social care services in the UK, was notified on 31 October 2018 that Roisin Monaghan, the daughter of Karl Monaghan, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has purchased 311 shares in the Company at a price of 397.4p per share.
As a result, the combined beneficial interest in the Company of Karl Monaghan and his daughter is 41,795 shares, representing 0.038% of the Company's issued share capital.
