The Company has received notification that David Harris, Non-Executive Director of Aseana Properties Limited, acquired 20,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 7 October at a price of 25.53 pence per share.
Following this acquisition, David Harris holds a beneficial interest in 120,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.056% of the issued share capital of the Company.
