The Company announces that it received notification on 9 November 2016 that Mr JP Conrad, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, acquired 50,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") on 7 November 2016 at a price of 2.25p per Ordinary Share.

Following this acquisition, Mr Conrad is interested in a total of 24,553,407 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 9.7 per cent. of the existing issued share capital of the Company carrying voting rights.
