Scott Tod PLC24 January 2006 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 24 JANUARY 2006 SCOTT TOD PLC ("Scott Tod" or "the Company") The Company was informed on 23 January 2006 that Mr Graham Basil Ashley, adirector, and a company in which he is deemed to have an interest, had on 23January 2006 sold a total of 40,000 ordinary shares of 1p in the Company (0.1%of the issued share capital) and also that Mr Ashley's personal pension schemehad bought a total of 40,000 ordinary 1p shares in the Company (0.1% of theissued share capital). Both transactions were carried out at 14.5p. As a result of the transactions, Mr Ashley's shareholding in the Company remainsunchanged at 317,391 (0.94%).
